YOU'RE INVITED TO JOIN ME FOR ANOTHER RED BIRD SEASONAL SIP OF SANCTUARY

Our complimentary, one-of-a-kind, 5-day "UNchallenge"*. This guided, virtual micro-retreat starts May 7th!

* Instead of the more common "online challenge" experience, we're going for an "unchallenge" - an experience to nurture your senses and soul through nature's healing, seasonal essences in an entirely new way - with ease.

GROWTH. GUIDANCE. GENIUS. GUSTO. GRACE.

Our guided "sips" are steeped in science, style, soul and served virtually, via private, intimate, thought (and feeling) provocative emails. For more about what we'll be sippin' on and our daily restorative email inspirations ("missions"), see below.

ParSIPipants are invited to:

  •  set aside 5 minutes (or more!) each day
  •  delight in and savor daily inspiration either via written word or audio recording
  •  GET OUTside to BE IN everyday nature
  •  give and grow a deeper and energizing sense of sanctuary around and within
  •  see the everyday landscape through the eyes of the soul while empowering design and style ideas for the senses
  •  grow with like-minded community - share treasures, lessons, inspirations found on daily Sips within a private online group as an elective bonus.

Though not manditory, as an added bonus, ParSIPipants are invited to join us in our private Facebook group for more conversation and community!

"It takes courage to say yes to rest and play in a culture where exhaustion is seen as a status symbol" -- Brene Brown

Here's what we'll be sippin' on...

You will receive a daily message ("mission") in your inbox each morning, accompanied by a prompt to explore OUTside and a few questions to reflect INside. Our mission isn't to overload you with MORE stuff to do--instead we're aiming to help you create some space in your day that you can devote to nourishing the SANCTUARY of YOU.

DAY 1

GROWTH.

Give yourself a chance. Growth SPRINGs forward in time, when the soil (SOUL), water (FLOW), light (INSPIRATION) conditions are right.

DAY 2

GUIDANCE.

Give way to what feels good. BEING guides the SPRING flower's power.

DAY 3

 GENIUS.

Give as the Guru of you wants to. A wellSPRING of genius lies within the landscape of you.

DAY 4

GUSTO.

Give IN with gusto. What SPRINGs to mind as you turn your thoughts towards nurturing the bloom of you?

DAY 5

GRACE.

Give yourself grace. Hope SPRINGs eternal for your beholding, building, becoming more Sanctuary.

"Thank you! What lovely moments in time, wisdom and levity you shared, and guided me to find! I've learned to take a moment every day to be fully present and examine something in nature - brings a healthy pause. A way to give yourself permission to be first in your world and present in the world around you. Calming and restorative, and also light and invigorating."

Your Questions Answered...

Where do I do the SIP?

Anywhere, anytime... outside... in some sort of everyday nature.

Do I have to join the Facebook group to do the Sip?

Not at all... just a bonus - an elective - if you one who likes to share in community.

Is the Sip available as an in-person event option?

Not quite yet... several requests later... we're in development of in-person, small group events.

Is this just another thing to add to my to-do list, that if I don't get to it, will make me feel bad?

As the name of our micro-retreat implies, we are vying for a sense of sanctuary not obligation. Do what you'd like and are inspired to do. I'm a big believer in lessons learned all in the right time.

If I share my sip reflections via email, are they kept private? Is Annie the only one who reads them?

100% absolutely. Your thoughts are safe with me. And if I feel that what you share might help others, I'll always ask you for your permission first.

I can't make the Spring Sip, will there be others?

Well, we'll miss you... and yes. Sign up to stay on the mailing list and you'll be notified next season.

What if I don't have an actual garden of my own? Can I still get benefit from doing the Sip?

100% absolutely. The Sips are designed for all human kind. All you need is a minimum of 5 minutes in nature - somewhere. In fact, some previous sippers did the sip while at work - leaving their office inside for a lunch break to Sip outside.

What comes after the Sip? What will I do once I'm done?

Good question! Towards the end of our 5 days, I'll share how we can continue on collaborating creatively together for your Restorative Nature Centered Lifestyle. We'll take your new found awarenesses and "plant" them more thoughtfully and formally in the spaces you keep to grow the Sanctuary of You.

About Annie Red Bird...

Hi hi! I'm Annie, head Red Bird over at Red Bird Restorative Gardens and I'm so happy you are here! As a healing garden design ambassadress and serenity stylist, my mission is to help you connect more deeply and stylishly with nature's healing beauty and benefit.

With two decades+ of designing restorative landscapes under my belt and a lifetime using my own garden comfort zone for healing (as a caretaker and keeper-of-all-moving-parts), I've developed tips, trainings, designs to cultivate soulful #serenegreenscenes and outdoor living spaces where the side-effects are beauty outside and bliss inside. Let's unearth goodness right outside your door!

"Nature is our companion - a teacher - a guide - a kick in the a#$. She is wild, wide and deep enough for our often BIG feelings. She has a carrying and caring capacity to hold us - the ALL of us - the parts of me that I can only reveal when my soul is naked within the silence and SENSE of nature." - P. Annie Kirk
